The Municipal Court office is adjacent to City Hall at 202 3rd Avenue East. The office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. 

Court is held each Wednesday at 1:00 P.M.

The Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic cases and non-traffic misdemeanor cases that occur within the City of Oneonta or its police jurisdiction. You can pay court fines and traffic violations within the court office by cash, money order or cashier's check. No personal checks will be accepted.
